She has earned a national CBRE top-performance award every year of her career. Ms. Longo was the first woman elected to the CBRE Board of Directors and serves as Managing Director of CBRE's West Coast Institutional Group. For 46 of her 47 years at the firm, she has ranked in the Colbert Coldwell Circle, reserved for the top 3% of producers companywide. Her first year was the exception: she was named National Rookie of the Year. In 2020, 2021, 2022, and 2023, she ranked in the top 1%.
In 2021, CBRE named a national award in Darla's honor. The Darla Longo Award recognizes one next-generation producer who stands above their peers in work ethic, resilience, engagement in the CBRE platform, and embodiment of CBRE's RISE values. That recognition reflects how Darla has led throughout her career: by example. Her consistency over 47 years has shaped the next generation of brokers, and she has mentored many of them directly.

The West Coast NP team covers California, Arizona, Nevada, Utah, Idaho, Washington, and Oregon, staffed by 9 Capital Market Partners, 10 dedicated support professionals, and 5 financial analysts.
Since 2010, National Partners has closed more than $263 billion across 3.8 billion sq. ft. of transactions. In 2025, the team completed 872 transactions totaling more than 374 million sq. ft. and $53.4 billion in volume.
