CBRE Promotes Eve Bursic to Property Management Market Leader in Pittsburgh

CBRE announced today that Eve Bursic has been promoted to Property Management Market Leader for Pittsburgh.

In this role, Bursic will be responsible for the strategic direction and growth of the firm’s local Property Management business, overseeing 75 professionals and managing 13.4 million square feet of office, industrial and retail properties representing over 30 clients.

Bursic brings more than 30 years of property management experience to her role, including over 19 years with CBRE. Most recently, she served as Senior Director, managing a range of high-profile Pittsburgh properties, including Gateway Center, Liberty Center, the Grant Building, Station Square and South Side Works. Additionally, she previously served as President of both the Pittsburgh chapter of Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA) and Commercial Real Estate Women (CREW) and previously co-led the national Property Management Business Line Cohort for the CBRE Women’s Network.

Bursic succeeds Joe Petak, who recently retired after a distinguished career spanning more than 44 years in the commercial real estate industry, including 16 years with CBRE in Pittsburgh. Under his leadership, the firm significantly expanded its property management presence in the region.
